ARF stands for Annual Reporting Form. Eevery chartered O.T.O. body in the U.S. files an ARF with the Electoral College each year in January. This has been mandatory since 1997; failure to file an ARF will result in fines and may lead to closure of the body.
These are our actual answers to the actual ARF questions. However, there are differences between the ARF we file and the data you see on our site. A few of the questions have been edited to save space, and a couple of similar questions have been merged. With the exception of the officer’s first names, anything personal or degree specific has been removed.
