Please describe the facility or facilities you have used for Mass in the last year. Was the venue rented or donated? Please be as detailed as possible.

January through July we rented from the Queen Anne Masonic Temple, as we have in previous years. We also used free space at Edge of the Circle, an occult bookstore. In July we started renting our own 24/7 temple space in a commercial building. We have a temple room, a living room/library, and storage. We also share a common area with a couch and chairs, a kitchen, and two bathrooms with other building tenants.

Yes, 2 initiations and 1 community meeting held at Little Red Studio.

Which of the above venues are covered by liability insurance?

All. At Queen Anne and EoC we were covered by the owners insurance. At our own temple we share building insurance costs with the other tenants and carry our own liability and theft insurance.

Members regularly attend events at Vortex, and help out with initiations and mass when invited. Horizon members also attend events at Sekhet Maat quite often, and occasionally visit Blue Horizon and the lodges in British Columbia.
